Hydraulic Control Panels (HCP)

The primary purpose of Hydraulic Control Panels (HCPs) is to provide a local panel for operators to control and dispatch high pressure hydraulic fluid to remote hydraulic consumers, such as valve hydraulic actuators, hydraulic motors or stroke cylinders. Unlike HPU, they don’t include any pump or tank. They have a pure distribution and pressure control function.

We design and manufacture HCPs for various applications and industries, but we have a recognized expertise in two main ones related to the oil & gas industry:

• Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs).
• Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTUs).

Both are skid-mounted HCPs used to dispatch and control high pressure hydraulic fluid to remote actuators: to wellhead valves in the case of WHCPs, and to subsea umbilicals in the case of TUTUs.
